These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Snore-Less website and apply to our promotions and giveaways. By using this site or entering a promotion, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Website use

This site and its contents are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Content (including logos, product images, copy) is owned by or licensed to Snore-Less and must not be reproduced without permission. Prices, availability and product details may change without notice. We aim for accuracy, but mistakes may occur; to the extent permitted by law we’re not liable for typographical errors or interruptions to the site. Claims in advertising must be truthful and substantiated under the Australian Consumer Law. 

2) Purchases, shipping & returns

Purchases are subject to our Shipping & Returns/Refunds policies (see site links). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

3) Privacy

We collect and handle personal information per our Privacy Policy (see site link). We may use contact details you provide to administer promotions (e.g., contact a winner).

Promotion/Giveaway Terms (Snore-Less “Trio Giveaway”)

Promoter: Snore-Less

Promotion: “Snore-Less Trio Giveaway” – three (3) packs of nose strips (Blue • Black • White).
Promotion period (AWST): Opens [add start date/time]. Closes: Thursday, 06/11/2025 at 11:59 PM AWST. (Entries after closing are invalid.)

4) Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Employees/agents of the Promoter and immediate family members are ineligible. Entries must be from genuine personal accounts. (Giveaway rules must clearly state eligibility and time-zone.) 

5) How to enter (no purchase required)

During the Promotion Period on Instagram or Facebook:
a) Follow our account/page;
b) Like the giveaway post; and
c) Comment your preferred colour (Blue / Black / White).
Bonus entries (optional): Up to three (3) extra entries per person for separate comments that each @ mention one friend. We may remove duplicate, automated, spam or ineligible entries. (Keep tagging optional; don’t require actions that breach platform rules.) 

6) Entry limits & disallowed conduct

One base entry per person per platform post. Do not encourage inaccurate tagging or require sharing to personal timelines to enter. The Promoter may disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms or platform policies. (Facebook/Instagram require a release and prohibit certain entry conditions.) 

7) Prize

One (1) winner receives three (3) packs of Snore-Less nose strips (Blue, Black, White). Approx. total value: $93. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If a colour/pack is unavailable, a substantially similar replacement may be provided.

8) Winner selection & notification

All valid entries will be compiled; each base entry = 1 entry; each valid bonus entry (max 3) adds +1. Random draw on [add draw date/time AWST]. The winner will be contacted via DM from @snorelessco_ (Instagram) or the official Snore-Less Facebook Page only, within 3 business days. If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, a redraw may occur. Keep simple records of the draw process for transparency. (Random selection + clear timing is best practice; keep proof.) 

9) Verification

We may request proof of eligibility (age, residency, identity). Non-compliant or unverifiable entries may be disqualified.

10) Platform disclaimers (required)

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook (Meta). By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility related to the Promotion. Display the release in your captions/landing page as well. 

11) Australian Consumer Law

Promotional statements must be accurate and not misleading or deceptive. The Promoter must be able to substantiate claims (e.g., discount offers, product benefits). Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the ACL. 

12) Trade-promotion compliance (Western Australia)

This giveaway is a trade promotion lottery under WA law. If the prescribed conditions are met (e.g., free entry, chance distribution, clear rules), a permit is generally not required; you must still conduct the competition in line with the conditions. If you run nationally, other states/territories may require notification or a permit depending on prize value and mechanics. 

13) General

If the Promotion is interfered with (fraud, technical failures, events beyond our control), we may modify, suspend or cancel where lawful. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
