Snore-Less Returns & Refund Policy

At Snore-Less, we believe in our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and maintain a transparent, fair returns process designed to protect your satisfaction and safety.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
As a first-time customer, if you are not satisfied with your Snore-Less product, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Request must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must remain at least 90% unused (for instance, no more than 3 strips used from a 30-pack).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Valid only for orders placed through our official site and usable once per customer.
- Not valid on reorders or bulk purchases under this guarantee.
2. General Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unopened or only minimally used (no more than 10%) and in its original packaging.
- It was purchased directly from our official website.
- Items that are fully used, damaged, or beyond the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
3. Returns of Bundled Items
For bundle deals or multi-item packs:
- All pieces in the bundle must be returned together, each meeting the 10% usage limit.
- If only part of the bundle is sent back, we issue a partial refund proportional to the retail value of returned items.
- If free shipping was applied originally, a standard deduction applies: $8.99 (Australia) or actual international shipping cost, unless the item is faulty.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
- Email us immediately at support@snore-less.com.au
- We may request a photo of the damage and the packaging.
- After review, we will offer either a replacement or refund, in line with your consumer rights under ACL.
5. Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to the nature of our products, opened nasal strips or mouth tape that exceed the 10% trial threshold cannot be accepted for return, unless proven defective. This protects product integrity and safety for all customers.
6. How to Request a Return
To begin:
- Email support@snore-less.com.au within 30 days of receipt.
- Include your order number, the item(s), and a short explanation.
- If approved, we'll provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Return the product using a trackable shipping method.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Exchanges are possible, depending on stock. Please indicate your preference when you contact us.
8. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Unless the product is faulty or the error is ours, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you had free shipping, we’ll deduct $8.99 (Australia) or actual international shipping from your refund.
- We strongly advise using a tracked courier for returns.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The policy version active at your time of purchase applies.
10. Statutory Rights
This policy works in addition to your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You retain the right to replacement or refund for defective or misrepresented goods.
