Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay from suppliers, we’ll contact you via email to let you know.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

Subscription Deliveries

If you’ve joined our Snore-Less Subscription Program, your recurring orders will automatically ship according to your selected schedule (every 1, 2, or 3 months).

  • Subscription orders are processed the same day each renewal occurs.

  • You’ll receive an email notification before your next shipment.

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account or by contacting us at support@snore-less.com.au.

  • Shipping for subscription orders is free within Australia

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries, including:

  • New Zealand

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or postal delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post or relevant international postal service website.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Double-check your delivery address on your confirmation email.

  2. Track your parcel using your tracking number.

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@snore-less.com.au and we’ll investigate.

Snore-Less is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@snorelessco.com so we can make it right.
