Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay from suppliers, we’ll contact you via email to let you know.

Subscription DeliveriesIf you’ve joined our Snore-Less Subscription Program, your recurring orders will automatically ship according to your selected schedule (every 1, 2, or 3 months).

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post or relevant international postal service website.
Delivery IssuesIf your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

If it’s been more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@snore-less.com.au and we’ll investigate.
Snore-Less is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery.
Returns & ExchangesIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@snorelessco.com so we can make it right.
